Kairos — Support
Kairos points out the better windows for the things you do outside — running, walking, cycling, beachcombing, tidepooling, surfing, and stargazing — by looking at weather, air quality, tides, daylight, and the moon.

A few common questions
- I haven’t gotten a notification. That’s expected. Kairos is quiet by design — it only speaks up when conditions are genuinely unusual, so the first alert can take a few days. Your best windows are always on the home screen without needing a notification.
- I use Google or Outlook Calendar. Add that account in the iPhone’s Settings → Calendar, and Kairos will suggest windows that fit your schedule (it reads whatever your system Calendar shows).
- No tide or surf windows. Tide predictions come from NOAA and cover U.S. coastal areas. Inland or outside the U.S., those features simply don’t appear; the rest of the app works normally.
